it's the chinese mustard greens growing in my village at Garut -west java - Indonesia

Tied soon using bamboo ropes when it's being wilting

Ready to pick up to my processing location

fermented for 4-6 days in brine 

fermenting is done 

packing in process

it's contain about 12 kg mustard green also brine water until about 20-25 kg overall weight

shine bright of yellowing mustard greens are resulted from perfect fermentation process
