PANEN SAWI ( green mustard harvesting process )

"The pictures below are represented one of my daily jobs...early in the morning me and my employees goes to any farmers mustard fields, bought their crops and quickly take it home for further proceed being "kiam chai or ham choy kon, a half other sent to vegetables market in Jakarta or to any home industries who also made kiam chai were distributed in jakarta and another city...
I always been hoping a sunny days along the harvesting process, because if were not, the crops will be broken when the rain cause the mustard stem runs brittle....so if the rain fell before the harvesting is done..it's gonna be a serious matter for me, then the shadows of loss towards my eyes...hehehe
